Welcome January! The local farmers market marches doggedly into the new year. Pale hot house tomatoes, the last of the winter greens, and carrots debut for us loyal shoppers. I’m dreaming of flats of ruby strawberries…

We do get lemons. Lovely sunny spheres hinting at the promise of spring. How much longer must we wait???
