Three Cauliflower Recipes from the 1700s.

Vindication at last that it is, indeed, pronounced collyflower – one of my favorite words to play with. Not only that, but you can pluralize it! (Oh my, spell checker doesn’t like me at all! Not to fret, I’ve added it to the dictionary so that from here on out, all other bloggers can see the true spelling of the word.).

Winter is upon us, and so it is time to let our winter vegetables shine! Here are some interesting collyflowers recipes worth exploring
