Chocolate Sauce Recipe ~1922

National League Cookbook.

It’s full-on candy season here in the States and adding something sweet to the mix somehow seems appropriate. How about home-made chocolate sauce? The recipe is a bit involved and we’re not huge chocolate fans, but I know many folks are, so here’s one to tuck away in the recipe box!

  1. yummy!

I actually have a chocolate mint sauce from someone that was a secret sis from a church group. I still have the recipe and on the back is the picture of a photo copied grandchild. I wonder what he looks like now?

We are having a pocky Fall party tomorrow for my husband’s b-day. He NEVER wants a cake but pumpkin pie. That is all he has asked for the last 30 years. …. along with his favorite anime. 🙂

To chocolate sauce and the upcoming weekend!!
