Very Unique Mushroom Recipe.

Alexis starts off in the typical style, with prose to Eloise…leading into the recipe proper for a mushroom sandwich, which is truly unique. If I understand correctly, the recipe came to Alexis through some divine intervention. Glass jars? Vapor?

Evidently, the result is truly amazing – leading to some significant name dropping of Roman and Greek politicians…

Mushroom season for us is right now. Several colleagues go foraging on the weekends. I’ll float this recipe and see what they think.

    1. This is, by far, one of the craziest recipes I’ve come across… Had some bell peppers that faced a similar, tragic end – and an odd look specimen that may at one time have been ginger! Ugh! Thanks for stopping by 🙂
