If you’re a home winemaker, read this one closely. It gets better, and better. How does economical wine work? You start with a cask and fill it partially with water. As fruit refuse becomes available (or any fruit for that matter), you throw it into the cask.
Then, you can draw off the fermented liquid from the cask in any quantity, and re-add the same amount of water.
