Remarks on Pies

What we learn here is that: pumpkin pie is the crowning dish of the Thanksgiving feast (a fact my family fully appreciates); mince pies are for Christmas; and tartlet mince pies should be served on New-Year’s day. Finally, apple pies should ALWAYS be served with roast pig or goose –

Or a cup of coffee with the Sunday paper…Just throwing it out there.
